1. Overview

VeloxWaves is built around local voice processing. Your voice audio stays on your device for transcription. We collect only what is needed for accounts, billing, releases, and support.

2. Information We Collect

• Account email and basic OAuth profile information.
• Plan status, trial dates, and subscription metadata.
• Transcription event counts and timing metadata, not transcript content.
• System details and logs only when you submit a support issue and choose to include them.

3. Voice Data

Voice audio is processed locally by the desktop app. VeloxWaves does not upload voice audio for transcription, does not store voice recordings on our servers, and does not store your transcript content.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so we can manage your plan. We do not see or store card numbers or bank details.

5. Third Parties

• Supabase: Authentication and account database.
• Stripe: Payment processing and billing portal.
• Vercel: Website, API, release, and updater hosting.

6. Data Retention

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active or as required for legal and accounting obligations. Support attachments are retained only as needed to resolve the issue. You may request deletion by contacting us.
