Refund Policy

1. Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscription purchases. The 14-day Pro trial does not require payment details, so there is nothing to refund during the trial.

2. Subscription Refunds

• Initial Pro purchase: full refund within 7 days.
• Renewal charges: contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge.
• After the guarantee window, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Enterprise refund terms are handled by written agreement with Neural Wave Labs LLC.

3. Requesting a Refund

Email contact@veloxwaves.com with the email address on your VeloxWaves account and the charge you want refunded. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
