Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee

We stand behind VeloxWaves with a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with VeloxWaves for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Subscription Refunds (Pro Plan)

• Within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase: Full refund of the subscription fee.
• After 7 days: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
• Renewal charges: If you forget to cancel before a renewal and contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge, we will issue a full refund for that renewal period.

3. One-Time Purchase Refunds (Local Plan)

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund of the purchase price.
• After 7 days: The purchase is final. The Local plan provides a lifetime license, so refunds are not available after the 7-day guarantee period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@neuralwavelabs.com with the following information:

• The email address associated with your VeloxWaves account
• The plan you purchased (Pro or Local)
• The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

5. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at contact@neuralwavelabs.com before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and can typically process refunds much faster than the chargeback process.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended until the dispute is resolved.
