Refund Policy

1. The Personal product is free

VeloxWaves Personal costs nothing, requires no account, and involves no payment — there is nothing to refund. This policy applies to legacy Pro subscriptions started before the free pivot, and will be extended when per-seat Teams licensing ships.

2. Legacy Pro Subscription Refunds

• We honor a 7-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscription charges.
• Renewal charges: contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge.
• After the guarantee window, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Organizational refund terms are handled by written agreement with Neural Wave Labs LLC.

3. Requesting a Refund

Email contact@veloxwaves.com with the email address on your VeloxWaves account and the charge you want refunded. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
