Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the VeloxWaves desktop application and related services provided by Neural Wave Labs LLC. By using VeloxWaves, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service

VeloxWaves is a desktop voice-to-text app that performs transcription on your device. Voice audio is processed locally and is not sent to a remote speech service by VeloxWaves.

• Trial: 14-day no-credit-card Pro trial.
• Free: 1,000 local transcription words per week.
• Pro: $5/month or $48/year subscription.
• Enterprise: Contact-sales plan for organizations.
• Inactive: Account disabled or temporarily unavailable; transcription may be paused until account status is resolved.

3. Account and Trial

An account is required for plan status, billing, releases, and support. New users receive a 14-day trial without entering payment details. We will not charge you unless you explicitly start a paid Pro subscription through Stripe.

4. Billing

Pro subscriptions renew monthly or annually unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Enterprise terms are handled by written agreement with Neural Wave Labs LLC.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on Pro purchases. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law, bypass access controls, share credentials, use automated abuse systems, or use VeloxWaves for unlawful activity.

7. Support

In-app issue submission may include system information and logs only when you choose to send them. Free and Trial accounts have limited daily submissions; Pro and Enterprise accounts have unlimited submissions.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of your transcription content. VeloxWaves does not claim ownership over text produced from your voice input.
