Notion's product page is clear: AI Meeting Notes records system audio, so it works with Zoom, Meet, and Teams without a bot. Calendar can create and start notes. Summaries and action items land on a Notion page the rest of the workspace already uses.
VeloxWaves uses the same bot-free idea — capture on the device in the meeting — then keeps speech recognition on that device. The note is not a Notion block. It is local history that can feed a private knowledge graph.
Choose Notion if the workspace is already Notion
If projects, wikis, and databases live in Notion, a meeting that writes into that graph is the point. Action items become to-dos. Agents can update project status. Search across past meetings uses Notion AI. That workflow is the product.
VeloxWaves does not sync into Notion. Asking it to replace Business-plan meeting notes for a team that already standardizes on Notion is the wrong job.
